Huadong Cable Group supplies a range of high temperature thermocouple extension cables, manufactured to various international standards, including K-type, E-type, E-type and T-type high temperature cables, with FEP/PFA/PTFE/silicone rubber/polyimide insulation (glass fiber braided shield) from 200°C to 260°C.

High Temperature Thermocouple Extension Cable
- Voltage: 300 V/600 V
- Conductor: KX (NiCrNiAl)
- Cores: Single or multi-core, 18-10 AWG. Insulation: XLPE/PE/PVC/Silicone/FEP/PFA.
- Nominal temperature: 70°C, 90°C, 105°C, 180°C, 200°C, 250°C. Screen: Aluminum-mylar tape with drainage wire.
- Braiding: Tinned copper wire/Enameled steel wires.
- Cover: PVC/Silicone/FEP/PFA.
- Standards: IEC584-3, ANSI MC 96.1 / ASTM E230, etc.
- Color: White, black, red, brown, yellow, blue, green, etc.
- Application: Thermocouple wire and cable are used to generate or extend thermocouple signals. A thermocouple is a temperature sensor composed of two dissimilar metals joined at one end.

Multicore cable type K, type J, type T and type N
- Nominal voltage: 600 V
- Conductor: Tinned/silver-plated/nickel-plated copper. Core: 16-4/0 AWG PEP multi-core cable.
- Insulation: PFA, ETFE, PTFE, silicone rubber.
- Temperature range: 130 °C-150 °C, 180 °C-+200 °C, 230 °C-+260 °C.
- Braided: Tinned copper wire.
- Cover: PTFE/PFA.
- Color: White, blue, red, black, brown, yellow/green, transparent, etc.
- Thermocouple type: S, R, B, K, E, J, T.
- Application: They are the same as the temperature connection cable for headlights, household application industrial machines, electrothermal products.
PI cable (polyimide insulation)
- Nominal voltage: 600 V
- Nominal temperature: 380°C for 8 hours without cracking or melting.
- Minimum temperature: -60 °C. Conductor: Pure copper, silver-plated copper or nickel-plated copper.
- Internal insulation: 6-layer wound polyimide (PI) film filament.
- External insulation: Modified PTFE external insulation (film filament winding insulation)la, empuje)/aislamiento de FEP (F46) (opcional).
